Voicemail problems

I set up my voicemail a few days ago. Since then I have two messages, and every time I go to access it it says press one to listen to your new messages and I press one and nothing happens. It’s like the number one does not register, and then it goes through the list of all the other options. I’ve tried to this now five or six times with the same issue.

@Difran  You can open a ticket using the orange chat bubble and the type customer support agent.  Try to reset your network setting as well and see if that fixes the issue
