Hi,
I recently switched to PM and am confused how the billing works at PM.. cuz I think I'm getting billed twice for this first month.
So I joined PM on July 26th, and I was expecting my first bill payment is due Aug 26th because that's what it says in the app.
However, I just received a bank statement and it shows this 'PM SELF-SER' thing which was charged to me on the day of activation? This is from statement so it's not a pending charge..
My question is.. does PM charge its users at the beginning of billing cycle like a prepaid subscription? Or is this something that I should dispute. And if I need to dispute, whom should I contact at PM?

PM is a prepaid provider with a 30 days cycle . So, you paid on Day 1 and use the service in the next 30 days. When you joined on July 26, you got charged on that day, and your cycle was from July 26 to Aug 24.
The new cycle will start on Aug 25 and you will get a charge on the card on Aug 25
you can go to My Account > Payment History to confirm the payment and charges. Please also remember, for each renewal, you will see 2 lines. One line showing the money charged and added to the account as available funds. You will see another line on the same day showing the money was used for renewal (in short, the 2 lines are just one single charge on your card)
