Hello,
I am not satisfied with Public mobile service and I no longer want to use it in December.
However, I was charged a monthly payment on 30th November. Therefore I would like you to send a refund for the last monthly payment to my credit card and close my Public mobile account.
I will no longer need this mobile number.

@Tani Hi there are no refunds you are on a prepaid plan you can disable your pre authorized payment in your account and your plan will suspend and close in 90 days, you may as well use your plan for this month

@Tani Sorry your leaving put PM is a prepaid service and there's no refunds.
But you can try . Your better off doing a charge back from your CC company, since you left PM.

@Tani PM is a prepaid provider and unfortunately do not provide refund. Since Dec is paid for, maybe just use the service for one more cycle
To "cancel" the service, you can either port out your phone number to another provider. Upon successful number porting, the account will be be closed
Or if you are not porting the number, you will have to login to My Account, go to Payment page and disable Pre-Authorized payments so PM won't be charging you next cycle. Your account will then be suspended and it will be closed after 90 days
