@malams hi in your change plan section use the scroll down arrow and you will see the offer 😁

When you do a plan change @malams , it is usually set to your next renewal.

 

In order to see it pending, (or set one up) when you log on to self-serve, click the little refresher icons, then go under the tab "plans and add ons" on the left for any pending plan changes.
