I registered for a Public Mobile account and I scanned the QR code on the app but when I sign in with my email and password, I'm redirected back to the sign-in screen. I have been unable to complete the registration and I have been trying on and off for 4 months. I'm super annoyed and frustrated. How can I get a refund for my payment?

try reboot your phone and login again
if still fails, try uninstall the app and reinstall and re-login
if still fails, then CS agent can help. please submit a ticket with CS Agent by direct message:
