I am trying to get into my account however I cannot get past a "let's complete your activation" - "let's resume" request. I did not purchase a new Sim card and my phone is working fine. I think this might be a potential fraud. How do I get this activation canceled without impacting my service? And how do I get into my account?

Hi Laura, I had to submit a private ticket via the chatbot in order for them to resolve it. My account is being reset in the next 2-4 days for me to have access. You will have to do this during Work hours for them to work on it and the response was really quick once I submitted the ticket. Yes it was really frustrating.

I have the same issue. I spent 2 days communicating with PM and nothing has been resolved and now I cannot access my account to read messages that they send me !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
