I have not activated and received the SIM card yet I just bought it yesterday。

Please help me switch to the 30GB plan for CAD$29

I think you misread the post, they haven't activated yet.

We are all customers like you. We can't do anything here.

Because you haven't activated your SIM card yet, your account is not activated. You should reach out to a CS Agent to ask them to change it. If they are unwilling, then cancel your order and sign up under the plan you want.

If you haven't activated you should be able to select the plan on sign up. Create a new account to use the SIM on if necessary.

sorry @taihao no one can help, its for new activation only

other member might ask you to create new account just for that. But you have to give up your current account and number and rewards
