It usually takes 72 hour reward to be registered on account.

HI @AliceLeiLei 

make sure you wait 72 hours first, then ask your friend to check if he sees a $10 in his My Account, in the Available fund.  if he sees it, you will see it on your My Rewards portal couple days later

If he does not see anything, ask him to open a ticket , one for both of you, to PM agent and they will add it back for both of you

When did they sign up? 

It can take a bit of time for the rewards to show up on both accounts but if over 72 hours have passed and neither of you have the rewards. Please have your friend contact customer service to reapply the referral code:
