I recommended Public Mobile to my friend, she activate SIM cart but forgot to put my code. How I can get my $1 every month discount now.

@theriaultgg if you activated in-store you may not have created a Self Serve account.
You can register for a Self Serve account here: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/
Once you can get into your Self Serve account, you will find it under the GREEN box below.

your friend she has to provide the code to moderator team and the only can add to her account and she have to Submit a ticket to a moderator.

@theriaultgg When you login in self-serve it is in upper right side, just beside 'available funds' section. There is text like this. So, just give that code to your friend.

It would certainly help in this situation if PM would go a step back and set up the first page in the activation process to allow referral code input and put back the link that automatically starts the activation process AND does an autofill of the referral code.

Your friend will need to contact moderator and the moderator should be able to give the credit to your friend ($10) and yourself ($1/month).
Your friend needs to submit ticket for moderator help.
Click on the chat bubble icon on the right lower corner of website to start ticketing process to contact moderator. Type: Contact moderator. Follow the prompts to submit ticket.
