Hi. The chatbot recommended I post in here.
Coming from Koodo Mobile, postpaid cell account. Subscribed to the public mobile 34 dollar plan. Got my sim today but the app could not activate the sim nor port my number.
It asked me to speak to a customer service agent but the help chatbot seems to disallow that, or I can't figure out how to reach a human. Any ideas? Appreciate any and all help!
