Is both text and talk not working?
Might want to try a simple reboot of your phone. If that does not work, network reset of phone (note: this will erase any saved Wifi passwords).

@barelymine What phone do you have, is it on PM's VoLTE list (scroll down to the bottom of this page:

If the phone is on the VoLTE list make sure you're not trying to connect on 5G, drop the phone to 4G/LTE. It should be connecting to either T-Mobile or AT&T, if one is not working try the other (you'll have to set the phone to manual connection instead of automatic to see the carrier options). If your phone is non-VoLTE then try T-Mobile's 2G network which still exists but can be spotty. Put data roaming on even though you don't have a data add on, it may be necessary for VoLTE to work.
Edited to add, if you still have the S10 that you mentioned in a previous post then it is not VoLTE enabled by Public Mobile so your only option for voice calls will be T-Mobile on 2G.
