Good morning,
I need to update the credit card on my account. However, I can't log into my account (or seems to be disabled) and when dialing *611 I'm not being given the option to add an updated credit card or talk to a LIVE agent.
I need texting capabilities for work purposes so I need this resolved ASAP.
Any help would be really appreciated ☹️☹️☹️

Go to Shell Gas or Walmart and get enough payment vouchers to cover cost of plan renewal...dial 611 to add them to your account and Reactivate account. Then deal with credit card later.

You cannot talk to live agent calling 611 or ANY other number as PM does not have live support.
But 611 should work properly and offer you to pay bill or top up.

Before trying again, clear your system cache and cookies, then open an incognito tab.
Then try logging in again.
Once on the self-serve landing screen, tap the little refresher icons to get an updated version of the page, then go to the Payments tab on the left and update the information you need to.
