I need to cancel my contract and cannot access my account?! I have sent numerous Private messages and I am getting no response??

@AM2456 please clarify your situation, you are not making much sense.
1. You say you don't have a Public Mobile SIM card... where did it go?
2. You don't login with a phone number, you log in with an email address and password.
3. You say your email address isn't recognized. Do you actually have an account with Public Mobile? Are you sure you've actually activated an account? That would require you to have a SIM card...
You need to send a private message to a moderator, please explain your situation clearly.

You do not have a contract with Public Mobile. It is pre-paid. If you don't pay it cancels automatically. If you need to cancel your automatic payment from your credit card, debit card you can do on self serve or through the IVR by calling 611 cancel auto pay.

You do not have an online account with Public
You do not have a SIM card with Public
And you never ported out your number?
The online profile is prob a glitch but where did your SIM go???

If you haven't ported the number, that this mean you contracted a new number with a new provider ? at this point, just to make sure you probably better call you credit card provider and ask to not permit any further withdrawing from PM ?! good luck

When you log in self service, you will have to log with your email and your password and not with your number ..
best way is to get in touch with moderateur, its nit a big problem your case.

I cannot log in as your system doesnt recognise my number and cannot verify - I am just getting a message saying my number is not recognised???????

When did you send your first message? Moderator hours are: Monday to Friday, 9 am (ET) to 9 pm (ET); Saturday - Sunday 9 am (ET) - 7:30 pm (ET). Usually they answer within in a few hours, but can take 24.

No, it's not a contract, it's a prepaid service.
You will need wait for a mod to reset your account password in order to login to your account.

Try calling 611. There is an option to delete autopay. While not a good as deleting your card that will take care of it. Then 90 days after your next expiry your SIM/account/phone number will all be deactivated.
Alternatively, port out your number to your new carrier. That will also close your account.
If you don't mind sharing, where did you find a better deal?

There is no contract with Public Mobile. If you want to just cancel, port over you number to another carrier you will be joining. Since PM is a prepaid service, you will not get your money back.
