I need to cancel my contract and cannot access my account?! I have sent numerous Private messages and I am getting no response??

Ironically the system also doesnt recognise any of those details either

When I try to log-in, message etc.etc I get a message saying the number is not recognised

I dont have the SIM card - thats why I need to cancel. Therefore I cannot call 611!
