I am unable to transfer phone number so I am in limbo at the moment and not able to access my public mobile account. How can I get assigned a new number?

I believe it's from my cancelation with Fido. I switched to Freedom only yesterday and had issues with service, so I signed up with Public today.
Most of this is my fault. I just sent a request to your customer service team to request a new number and cancel the porting request. I hope that works so I can use my phone again.

My call won't go through to the porting team as they are saying my account has been canceled.

@Ajas I'll send you a number to call, check your private messages in a couple of minutes, either look for the envelope icon top right of this page, or tap your avatar next to the bell for Messages.

I was on the Public network when Freedom sent me a text to verify the release of my number.
I have been in contact with Freedom and they asked that Public cancel the initial request and send another. They will finalize the transfer manually.
Is that possible on your end?

@Ajas Do you know why you are unable to transfer your phone number? Are you able to get to where you enter the 2FA code and tap "didn't get the code" to log in by email?
