I need my esim on my kids phone. But I registered the number on my phone. Not yet activated the esim. Now the app is asking to enter 6 digit code sent via message which i cannot access. Please hlep.

this is normal, now you install the app on your kid's phone
if you still cannot continue to complete the activation, please submit a ticket with CS agent:

@Dil1 Second thought go to your welcome email on computer the QR code should be there scan it with you sons phone and see if it won’t activate onto his phone first if you haven’t already activated it

@Dil1 You need to log into your account with kids phone and re buy eSIM to install to that very phone . But if you cannot log in please use this direct link to support to help
