I just need a copy of my bill that included my address for work purposes. I've tried to create a ticket and reach out to support but every system fails to verify or even let me submit a ticket, really frustrating and trying to get this ASAP.

I presume you've registered for the self-serve with Public Mobile. If not, click here:
Create a Self-Serve account (publicmobile.ca)
Once you've created a self-serve account, create a support ticket via the following:
Click here and type Customer Support Agent, then select Contact Us, then select Other (or the topic that more closely matches your request). Click the result which states Click here to submit a ticket and follow the prompts to make the request for an official statement.
You should be aware, these account statements are LOW priority requests and they may take several weeks to receive.

you can go sign in to Self-Serve, to review your account,history transaction.
or you can request invoice 12 month by Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agent, and Explain your issue to them can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.

Process of Creating a ticket has some issues (like from forever). Even CSA admitted it:
Try to contact CSA directly using provided link or try this one by clicking here (Ctrl+click).

Sorry to hear that you've been struggling to get a ticket submitted. Why don't you just send a private message to @CS_Agent with your account information and they will take care of your request.
