How do I make a payment for this month’s bill if autopay didn’t work.
I don’t remember my pin.

You will need to go to the Payment tab>Update Card Information on the PM app or online.

you were not the only one with the Autopay problem.
after you login My Account, did you see Pay and Resume service now button? click on it
if the button is not there, go to Payment, Manage Subscription and toggle off Subscribed. Then logout My Account. Wait 5 mins and login again, go back to the same page to toggle on Subscribed and it should renew

I've logged into my account but I can't find a way to make a payment with a credit card.

If autopay failed your subscription would not renew and your service would be suspended.
After 90 days of no pay you lose account and number.
Log in and manually add funds to your account. Service should resume shortly (or it will be a button there 'resume' or similar). Your account HAS to show Active status or you would have no service.
