I lost my phone, how can I get a new Sim card and recover my old phone number?

First, log into your account and place your account/phone lost or stolen.

To get a new SIM card the fastest routes are these.

https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/pick-up-SIM - Find a local store in your area.

Amazon - Here you can get it cheaper and maybe a few days wait $4.99

Once you have purchased your new SIM card, you can update it here.

Buy a new SIM either from PM on-line or if you find it in Telus or any other store.
Log in to your account and go to Profile where you can do this:

- Change phone number

- Change SIM number - this will transfer your number to new SIM.

- Transfer Phone Number

@Coltonk  Pick up new public mobile SIM card Telus Koodo store or order one from the app and log into your account and sim swap the SIM card  ( change sim )and you will keep same phone number and plan , if you have any trouble you can ask support to sim swap the number for you also . Another option if your phone is eSIM compatible you can just log into your account and get eSIM instead
