If you want to be the same date every single month BE POSTPAID/MONTHLY/CONTRACT, if you can afford it and you're approve of course!

1: No, they don't have call center option.

2: We pay for 30 days of service 30 CALENDAR DAYS(see a calendar so you learn) is not monthly! ? It means days will never be the same. Clear?

If you want to keep it private, you can follow the steps above to connect with a CSA, but when it comes to payment issues it may just be an oversight or not aware of how PM works where the community can clear it up pretty quickly. Either way good luck with the issue.

You can contact pm via SiMon and submit a support ticket or send a private message (second option below then read the spoiler within). You can also tell us the issue and we can explain or offer you your options or give suggestions on how to fix the problem before chatting with a CSA. Please don't divulge any personal or account sensitive info (ie. name, phone# etc....) to us only the CSA.

HI @Handy, do you mind to share how the payment was messed up?  Is this about payment date ? or payment amount?

 

If payment date, please remember PM payment is every 30 days.  For payment amount, please remember they will add tax on top of the charge they show on My Account

 

If you want to have CS agent to look into it, please open ticket with them directly  at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

  1. start by typing : Contact CS Agent
  2. then Click "Contact Us"
  3. then Click "Other"
  4. finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
  5. you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

@Handy  while you wait for a response from a ticket to CSA, who are the only ones that can see your account as they are Public Mobile representatives, care to share the issue here. Please leave out any personal information.
