Our Community is an incredible place for our customers to get the support they need to make the most of their time with Public. We want to create a welcoming environment where our customers can ask questions, help others, and connect to share ideas. To make this a reality, it’s essential that we all do our part by being respectful to our fellow community members.
Recently, there have been several instances where we have witnessed behaviour that doesn’t live up to these standards. There is no place in our community for discourse that disrespects our fellow Community members. If we identify instances where this type of behaviour is occurring, it will be handled by a member of our Customer Support Agent team and may result in the removal of content or written warnings. Repeat offenses may result in temporary or permanent bans from the Community.
