You can remove your CC from your account by dialing 611 and disable AutoPay and your account will be closed in 90 days.
Also, your account will close right away if you ported your old number to another carrier.

How? Did you login to a wrong account? The account still existed? The system can't know you no longer use the number. It just wants money.

Sorry, but there are no refunds. Please log into your Self Serve account and remove the pre-authorized payments from your account. After 90 days of suspension, the account will be closed.
