I paid a phone bill that is no longer being used. Can you refund the 25.99 and deactive the phone  number xxxxxxxxxxxx. Name is xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. Address xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

A  credit card cannot be removed from an account by dialing 611.

How? Did you login to a wrong account? The account still existed? The system can't know you no longer use the number. It just wants money.

Sorry, but there are no refunds.  Please log into your Self Serve account and remove the pre-authorized payments from your account. After 90 days of suspension, the account will be closed.
