I have not received my SIM card for 7days

many reports of it taking up to 3 weeks for arrival via Canada Post.

According to PM website, it will take up to 10 business days to receive SIM card.  If more than 10 business days, then you will need to contact customer service agent. 

If you need quicker, you could purchase at a corporate Telus or Koodo store in person.
