@Alver Corporate Telus / Koodo stores sell them $10 Amazon has them for $4.99 use the link to find sim in my last reply to get better prices and again support may reimburse you for it anyways . So be sure to ask them

Thanks all for help I called a local store for a sim pick up any they mentioned that It cost 30$.

The charge is pending until you activate the SIM. Once activated then it will change to posted.

@Alver Even though you pre paid for the service the plan won’t start until you activate the sim in the PM app so you won’t lose money no worries
But if you need one sooner and always good to have spare sim card incase you ever lose or damage yours or to give to family or friend to join PM and use your refferal code to reward both accounts you. An pick one up from Telus /koodo store or order one from Amazon and if it’s been more then 10 business days ask support if the willing to reimburse you for picking one up if you been impacted by postal strike

@Alver Although you were charged already, your 30 day cycle doesn't start until you activate the sim card so you're not losing anything. When did you order the sim card?
