You should ask for assistance long time ago.
How do you know your autopay stopped? Maybe your service is cancelled?
Autopay will not stop out of blue unless it is autopay failure.
Get in touch with agent to unlock your accoun.
To contact CSA-agent, there are 2 methods:
https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent
If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.

@Oldman66 For account access contact customer support, but if you need to make a payment urgently then you could purchase a voucher from retailers like Walmart, Canadian Tire, SDM, London Drugs or gas station like Shell or others and load the funds by dialing 611. There's also online seller Recharge.com who will email a voucher PIN but charge a fee for the convenience.

did you try to use Forgot password to self-reset the password?
If that didnt work, open ticket with PM Support and have them to reset the password for you:
1. For faster response (2-48 hours), Click on the bubble in the lower right to request CS Agent assistance, or use this direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
**Start with typing "Forgot Login Information", click "Contact Us", click "Click here to submit a ticket".
2. Or Send a private message to the CS Agent here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there
Once you can get back in My Account, you can then make a manual payment there. But start with getting back into My Account first
