How to change payment option

Or maybe you're meaning not seeing that some options on the payment screen are drop down lists. You can choose voucher or credit card. Amount due or Other.

@Adam124    Log into your self serve account, select Payment tab and scroll down the page to Manage My Card and then you will get to remove or replace any payment card you have on account.  Choosing Remove card will disable autopay so make sure to enable it again after adding new card.  Replacing the CC leaves autopay intact.

 

Reminder to make sure the name and address match your CC statement and no spaces for the postal code. 

 

Also a good idea to clear browser cache/cookies and use incognito/privacy mode when making any account changes.

@Adam124 Hi do you want to add/change a credit card disable autopay you can do all that in your self serve under payments

@Adam124   you are trying to change your credit card info?  If so, you just need to login to My Account and click Payment page, then Manage my card and then Replace this credit card

If you are talking about changing payment method from credit card to voucher, there is nothing to do to prepare.  Just buy a voucher, load using *611 or on My Account before your payment due date
