I purchased an eSIM for my American phone. The system said it would work. Then as I payed for a Re-occurring membership the system stopped me and told me my phone isn’t compatible. Ok. So I want to cancel but I can’t register to cancel Reoccurring payment
so I purchased a SIM card and still can’t do anything.

@YazA13 so now that you got a physical SIM card, the SIM card number needs to be changed on your profile. If you can sign into your account, go to the Profile page and change the number.
IF you cannot sign-into the account, you can use the link below to ask Public Mobile to either change the SIM for you so that it will work or to cancel the account and remove your credit card details from file.
If you want to keep your phone number, don't cancel the account. Request a port from another provider. Once that's successful, the Public Mobile account will close.

You will need to contact customer service agent to help with payment issues. If you are still interested in PM service, you could purchase a physical SIM card and get CSA agent to help finish off activation.
