I can't activate my esim because I need to confirm my identity with a number I no longer have. Without that confirmation I cannot login into the app and activate my esim.

you requested porting? check the phone with the old provider sim card, it might be there
or ask PM to help. Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here
