New activation / New SIM

Hi, just got a new SIM for phone, app indicates it's sending six digit code to phone but never arrives.  SIM1 says number is unknown.  Everything else indicates registration is OK, acct appears to be active.  Any ideas?  Thanks.

Do you have the old SIM in your phone?

Is your previous carrier account still active?

CS Agent it is. Good luck fixing the issue with them.

Hey @ZZ5 

There should be an option there that says... "Didn't get code?" Try clicking on that and have it sent to your email. If the "Send to your email" is not an option, then create a ticket with a CS Agent to fix it.
