Hi. I signed up for new PM account tonite and entered payment details and my cc was charged right away. I never received an activation email but my account is active when I log into the website (not the app!) when I go into the app it says my subscription is expired and making me pay again. I tried to go to chat bot to submit a ticket but I get stuck in a continuous loop of logging in and verification of my identity. My partner did this a couple weeks ago and didn’t have a hitch! Very frustrating! And I selected to port my old cell number to PM but never received any texts or emails

I have tried to submit a ticket but keep getting 404 errors and oops this page is no longer here. This has been literally the most frustrating service provider setup I’ve ever encountered lol funny enough the website is mostly working the app is mostly dead despite clearing cache, deleting and reinstalling the app

something not right.  You need to ask PM support to check

please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
