Hello. My name is Natalya. I have a problem. My phone number does not work for me, no one can call me and I also cannot log into my own account. Please help me figure this out. Thank you.

@Nataliia1986 Can you try the SIM card in another device to see if it works ? Also when trying to log into self serve be sure to try incognito private mode there are cache issues , also if the device has stored email and passwords on it allow the device to try and sign you in first without hitting the log in button

@Nataliia1986 can you make calls? does data work?
do you see the phone showing connected to PM network?
How long you have been PM customers? did you just joined and requested porting? If so, it could be a stuck port, ie, the porting request was not completed. Let us know if that is the case , there is a number you can call and talk to live support to confirm the porting status
But if you have been PM customer and incoming calls working no problem before, try to reboot the phone or try to reseat the sim card first
Also try to change the preferred network or network mode to 3G Only (WCDMA Only)
