Hi Team,
Need someone help to fix my issue almost 2 weeks I am struggling to logged in but it’s not sort out yet.. this is very painful.. Could you please or someone help me out on my issue in order to fix. That would be great help for me.

Is this a brand new account or have you been a subscriber for a while?
If it’s a brand new account you will have to finish the activation using the app for the account to be fully setup.
If you are an existing customer you might need to reach out to customer service.
