Hi, as per title, I got double charged, so I contacted them and had the only option to chat with the bot, it sent me a link to submit a ticket but I tried a bunch of times and that link still give me 404 error. I have community account, so really not sure what to do now?!

Similar issue when trying to open a ticket, I was getting the 404 error using the app and mobile browser, seems to work fine from a computer, not sure why that would be.
I too am dealing with Public Mobile over charges, although I have 6 posted charges all for the same dollar amount, be warned the agents are slow to acknowledge the ticket, I assume still overwhelmed from the Black Friday event.

Same here, I got double charged too. I tried a few times for creating a ticket every day. I was able to submit the ticket for it yesterday.
Still waiting..

Are you seeing the double charge on the Payment section in your account?
If you are, please note the first amount is your subscription cost (no charge). The second amount is the Top-up for your monthly payment (charge).

@EmmaTran .first double check credit card that one charge is not just pending , if both charges are posted then please submit ticket with support
