I forgot my email and can not log i

hi, I forgot my email and can not log in to my account, link is sent to email and thats the problem.

You can tap on 'Forgot Email' and type in all your emails until it finally accepts one, this way you know that's the email it's under since it has an Active Account.

Once you've figured that out, you do 'Forgot Password' and type in your phone number. 

You can than use the Email and New Password you created to sign in and it will send a login code via SMS.

you can try using reset password there and try different email address you might have used

if unable to reset it that way,  please submit a ticket with CS Agent here for them to sort it out

You will need to submit a ticket to customer support and explain them your situation. Please provide them as much information as possible. The link to submit a ticket is:

Note: they will respond back to your community inbox so check back every few hours. The ticket volumes are higher than usual at the moment due to the Black Friday event
