I USED YOUR SERVICE FOR 1 DAY!

This is beyond unacceptable the level, or rather no-level of customer support this company offers or does not offer.

I used your service for 1 day before getting a better deal at Virgin and switching back. When will I be reiumbursed?

As stated in the replies, file a complaint with the CCTS (Commission for Complaints for Telecom-television Services). People have success getting complaints resolved through there.

You can register your complaint with the Office of Consumer Affairs if you believe this is a violation of Canadian Consumer Law.

You can register your complaint with the CCTS if you believe this is a violation of CRTC Wireless Code regulations.

You can try taking Public Mobile (Telus) to your local municipal small claims court to sue for a refund/reimbursement.

You can try reversing charges/payments made on credit card. Rejecting the merchant's claim to funds on your credit account. And this usually works, btw, but if you do it too quickly too easily too often then it will reflect badly on your credit in future dealings with other credit providers and other merchants.

You might get your victory. Public Mobile (Telus) might simply decide to pay you out to avoid the smear on their record, reputation, or marketing. It's happened before.

But the usual policy is no refunds and no partial refunds on any prepaid service from any Canadian provider. Including Public Mobile (and Telus). Including Virgin (and Bell).

Once again, another post sent to the Rejected Items.

You can reach a CS Agent via private message with the link below. However it's their discretion to refund you.

Hi @samvernon ,

Sorry if you had a bad experience with Public Mobile. We could have guided you in a certain direction if you would've reached out. As for your question, Public Mobile is a pre-paid service meaning that you paid for a 30 day billing cycle. It is not post-paid. So you have unfortunately lost the remaining 27 days of your cycle by switching to another cellphone service provider after 3 days.

HI @samvernon unlike Virgin, PM is a prepaid provider and hence no refund.  Even you used one day and you port the service out, you won't get reimbursement.  Sorry about that
