Having problem redeeming NEO rewards

has anyone have trouble redeeming the NEO rewards?

I clicked REDEEM but did not receive any email confirmation, how do I email PM support team?

How to Redeem

1. Redeem this offer in My Rewards

2. Once redeemed, you will receive a confirmation email with details on how to sign up for a Neo Credit card using the sign-up link provided

3. Make your next Public Mobile payment using your new Neo Credit card and you will automatically receive your cashback offer in your Neo Rewards Wallet

@danlee1 , perhaps try again to redeem using incognito mode on your browser.  Check also the spam folder for the confirmation email.

I redeemed and got the email, 8 just didn't apply the card in the end
