I don't get $2 for Autopay!

Hello. I referred my husband and I get my reward every month for this referral. The problem is that he has registered for autopay but he doesn't get the $2 discount every month (not once). I would be grateful if you can help me.

What plan does he have,. unfortunately the new program is 5% and therefore won't be as good as the $2 autopay reward unless he has a 50 or beyond plan.

When did he join PM? After Jan 25th, 2022 there is no more $2 off for autopay 😞

@melinasirati   I believe your husband just joined. 

Anyone joined after Jan 25 will be on the new Rewards system, Public Point.  The $2 Autopay discount will be replaced by 5% point back for all spending on PM.   Once he accumulate 15 points, he can redeem for $15 bill credit.
