When I attempt to purchase an esim on a new phone, I dont get an option to select a sim, so it only lets me buy a physical sim card. Also I would like to know if it would be possible to refund a physical sim card.

hey, according to this post, it is the font or font size. This person change the font and also turn off BOLD text, ie, change everything back to standard, and it sees the esim option

yea I uninstalled and reinstalled and also tried tweaking with the font size options and also pinching the screen as well

It sounds like you have the American version of the iPhone 16. The Canadian version have SIM & eSIM.

it is weird you don't have eSIM option. did you try uninstall and reinstall the app?

Since I don't have a sim card slot I can't put the sim card in (iphone 16), thanks for the info on the refunds

If your phone has a SIM card slot, your current Public Mobile SIM card can be used in your new phone. Unfortunately, there are no refunds on SIM cards.
