Well there isn't a way to have multiple accounts on one umbrella account if that's what you mean. Did you sign up that 2nd account in a store?
Can you dial 611 on a phone with the 2nd account sim in it?

Each Account is Under an Individual Email, so if your first is under Gmail, 2nd under Yahoo, that is what you have to do to access each Account

HI @MicWil did you meant you cannot locate the 2nd account login email address?
If you are unsure which email address you used, then just open ticket with PM CS agent and they will help
To open a ticket with PM CS Agent. at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
First type: "Forgot log in information"
Then Click "Contact Us"
Finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):
