Are you currently in Canada? Is your account paid up to date? Try dialing 611 to confirm your account is active. If it's not active, you may wish to make a payment. If it is active and paid up, then try restarting your phone.

Is everything else working fine?  texting?  data?  Is calling all Canadian numbers not working?

Maybe try a reboot of your phone.  Network reset of phone.

if you have a regular Canada plan, you must be in Canada to call Canadian numbers. Try dialing 1 ahead of area code.
