Hello,
I was abroad and when back in Canada I put my Public Mobile SIM card into a different phone, however, I cannot access my data. I checked my account is active and have a lot of data left.
What can I do?

what different phone you put the PM sim card in?? so this phone was never used on PM?? Do you have the old phone to test??f If not, what phone is this new one?
And try Reset all networks

Hey @RodrigoBecerra
If you've placed your SIM card into a different phone, you may need to just reset your network settings and then reboot for it to work. Give that a try.
