I can't use Reward points because I'm supposedly not subscribed...

It says I'm not subscribed, when I am.

What gives?

If you are active subscriber then you need at least 15 points to convert them to $.

but is the service currently active or suspended?

if it is activate and you cannot redeem points, you have to ask support to check

submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".

yes, I think you need to have an Active service (Subscribed) to redeem the points.

So, if your account is currently suspended, you need to make a payment to resume service first
