I just subscribed. I am trying to port my number. I got the message from my SMS and tried to reply back but none of the messages will go through. I cannot call them either. After the 90 mins they have sent me another text and I still cannot respond.
can anyone help me so that I can start using my phone again??

is that old carrier account still active?
if the old carrier sim is a physical sim, put it back in a phone and try reply back. But if the old carrier sim is an esim , make sure that old carrier sim is enable and set as Primary
if neither work, call your old carrier back, they might be able to take your verbal approval and don't need the text reply

the text you cannot reply are those from friends? or the porting authorization text from your old carrier?
can you receive calls?
