I subscribed on Dec 22 the $29 with 10 G CAN-USA-Mexcico plan and paid with my credit card. On Dec 29, I changed the old subcription with the new Boxing week special $29 plan with 20 G. My question is when can I expect a partial refund for the first subscription ? Thanks.

Happy New Year every one.
Thank you for your support and solutions. My issue has been settled. I got the refund for my first subcription with the help of a C.S. agent probably I am new to P.M.

@Zoe127 Prepaid and Postpaid services are different beasts. Unlike postpaid providers though, Public Mobile gives the option to change at next renewal to avoid this.

That is not fair. I just moved from Fido to Public Mobile on Dec 22 and Fido gave me a $1.12 refund on my prepaid monthly fee.

@Zoe127 I did not get any warnings. Just Renew now or next Renewal.
The warning appears after you select "change now" but I've said before I think it is ambiguously worded by saying "unused portion of the subscription" instead of unused portion of the current subscription, but I guess that could be misinterpreted as well.
If you still want to contact customer service anyway, here is a link to private message them if the chatbot isn't helpful. Typically there is no refund in a situation like this but you still need to know how to contact them.

It's there, even if you missed it. Either way it's a prepaid service and there are no refunds. It's unfortunate, but it sounds like you got a better plan in the end, so it's still a win.

How to contact PM ? I tried the customer service on the bottom right with my question. They do not provide any help at all.

PM does not refund difference nor if purchased plan is immediately changed to any other.

@Rastin There's no point in contacting customer service, as they won't refund in this scenario.

You will need to contact PM for billing issue. There only customer here. Use the orange text bubble on the bottom right and type in customers service

You'll be waiting a very long time, as there are no refunds or credits. When you made the change you were provided options to change NOW or at NEXT RENEWAL. We always recommend scheduling it for next renewal to avoid losing out on any prepaid time in your cycle. When you chose to renew now there were multiple warnings that said no refunds or credits would be provided.
