Hello, Please help with the cancellation process and remove credit card info.

@goong If your account is set up and you can log in, then toggle off "subscribed" so that it shows "unsubscribed" then you shouldn't be charged any more and your account will close after 90 days from next renewal date. To remove the credit card info or if you still need help, send a private message to customer service using this link. We are only customers here and can't do anything with your account.
