Hello
I just upgraded from an iPhone XS to an iPhone 16 Pro, and I am not able to transfer my phone number. When I choose "transfer from nearby iphone", my phone number comes up, but it is greyed out, and underneath the phone number it says "transfer not supported". Do I need to purchase a new eSim?

Download the PM app on your new iPhone 16 pro. Login into your PM account and then purchase a new ESIM for your new phone. You should not be charged again. Once the eSIM is activated on your new phone, the old eSIM will not work on the old phone XS.

@SindyZ Download the Public Mobile app on your new phone, log in to your account and purchase a new esim. You should be credited with the $5 cost since you already have esim.
