I can’t login to my account.

I’ve tried to reset the password a thousand times, 

it didn’t work.

Help me.

@joanna1219   you are almost there, you tagged the right group.  Just need to send them a message  🙂

 

One thing you can do for resetting password.  After the password is reset, do not login immediately.  Wait 5 mins, then use Incognito mode and try logging in 

 

If that does not work, then open ticket with CS Agent:

1. For faster response (2-48 hours), use this direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

**Start with typing "Forgot Login Information", click "Contact Us", click "Click here to submit a ticket".

2. Or Private message to the CS Agent: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437


**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there

tried use browser from computer,and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,

then  Reset Password

 

 

you can't reset then contact support team by CS_Agent  to reset it.
