If you activate your plan online, your self-serve account is already created. Use your email address as username and your password you supplied during activation to loggin self-server portal https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca
If you activate your plan in-store, follows your welcome email to create your self-serve account. You need your PM phone to receive a 6 digit code text message.

First, try the forgot password option at https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/forgot-password/ .
If that fails, go to https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/ and then type in "rep" to open a ticket.
