i have a 15 doller plan for my son and i put in 22 doller public mobile card and i missed one day late and now i cant pay it i have 24 dollers in my acc but i still cant pay for it and now my son has a phone with no calls or texts on it

@brady2, if the account is in suspended state, use the reactivate button. I have had situations where the response is not immediate. An hour or so later, the account status changed to active.

I assume you have a positive balance of $22, but your acccount won't activate. In the self service account, is there a re-activate plan button?
You could also try the lost/stolen phone trick. It seems to reset your plan.
To report your phone lost/stolen. Login to your account. Choose Plans and Add-ons tab. Then choose Lost/Stolen Phone tab. The choose Suspend Service tab. Logout. Wait few minutes. Login in and report your phone found. Reboot phone.
