I got a phone number from here.I can make a message and call to the other person,but If the other person calls me, I can't get connect.

@SungsamHeo If you can log into your account and go to profile page you can pick a new number yourself . Note you can change number 4x for free every 30 days cycle

You mean not necessary transfer number?, so I asked just want to new number from public mobile number. Actually my old phone number closed.

If you did transfer number but nobody can reach you on THAT number that means porting is either failed or is not completed yet.
That's not the case if number porting is requested during the activation process. For those instances, there is no temporary phone number.

so, you got a brand new number and not ported your old number?
if it is, what phone you have? try to change to 3G only and check if you are receiving calls
also, try Reset All Networks on your phone, and try your sim card in another phone.

@SungsamHeo So you didn’t port number into PM from another provider ?? Can you try rebooting the phone . Maybe try reset network settings see if that helps . Also do you have eSIM or physical sim ?? If physical sim can you try it in another phone to test .
